This subject has been on my mind a lot lately and so this video resonated with me. If you remember President Monson's talk, you will understand when I say that I am striving for cleaner windows.
I think this narrator just had her windows cleaned.
Reminds me of all the conversations I've had on the subway in NY, the bus in Bermuda on Trax here in SLC and in the clinic and hospital. People are generally good, no matter how rough they seem to be. I was walking down the hall in the ED last week when this tough guy walks out of a room, scowls at me at grunts 'where's the doctor'. Thankfully, it wasn't me. When I talked to his doctor later, it turns out that he was just feeling queasy from having to see his daughter's broken arm and needed to step outside for a minute for some fresh air.

Thanks Kirsten
Very nice. Like a gentle wake-up call.
Thanks for sharing this golden nugget with me.
