We are hoping to build a new house on the farm after we sell. There is a house there, but it needs a lot of work before anyone could live in it. Maybe, in the future, we'll turn it into a guest house or rental.
Is your new address going to be as relaxing as 'Ponder Point Drive'? I think the street name might just sell the house for ya. I want to live on Ponder Point Drive! p.s. I just checked you out on zillow, lookin' good!
