Skipping School

Since Grandpa was in town this week, we decided to skip school and take him skiing.  There was fresh powder and blue skies (and a little snow too).  It was a beautiful day and the girls had a great day skiing with Grandpa.  Three generations on the hill together!

We thought the title meant fresh snow before we even saw the blog. You are so predictable. Now I know why Dad was sneaking skis into his car. I thought he was de-junking. But, I was wrong.

Dad used to do that with us, come pick us up at school and take us skiing. One of the many joys of living in Sandpoint!

Karie, Karie, Karie, i know who's predictable. Lest we forget who signed me out of 9th grade on a powder day all those years ago. I don't think I've said thank you enough! Let the tradition continue!
